The CHNA Neighborhood Watch Program is operated through Block Captains throughout Corn Hill. These neighborhood "captains" attempt to stay in constant touch with the residents of their "blocks" or areas; they disseminate pertinant security information to them; and sponser the annual "National Night Out" each August. Monthly crime stats are compiled by the CHNA Security Chairperson and distributed by Block Captains. All neighbors are urged to contact their Block Captain and supply them with contact information, including name, address, phone number and E-mail address.
