Parking Permit Information

Residents of the following streets are required to have parking permits for their vehicles if they wish to park on the street on weekdays (Mon-Fri) between the hours of 8 am & 5pm.

• Adams St. (from Clarissa St. to S. Fitzhugh St.)
• Atkinson St. (from Ford St. to S. Plymouth Ave.)
• Corn Hill Place
• Eagle Street
• Edinburgh Street
• Frederick Douglass Street
• Garden Street
• Greenwood Street
• Lunsford Circle
• Sophia Place
• South Fitzhugh Street (from Glasgow Street to Troup Street)
• South Washington Street
• Troup Street (from Clarissa Street to Plymouth Avenue)

Parking permits may be purchased at:

Department of Municipal Parking
City Hall - 30 Church Street, Room 012A

The cost per vehicle is $20.00 and must be renewed annually.

To purchase a permit at the above office, please bring the following items:

• Check or Money Order for $20.00
• Current Automobile Registration
• Proof of Residency (driver's license, utility bill, lease or rent receipt)
